Operations and Maintenance Apprenticeships

Operations and Maintenance Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeship programme provides a fantastic opportunity in either operations or one of our maintenance disciplines (mechanical, electrical, control & instrumentation).
Apprentices must be prepared to be continuously assessed throughout the programme via observations, written assessments, on-the-job reports and examinations.

Year 1: Apprentices attend full-time at Pembrokeshire College, studying a broad range of engineering subjects whilst spending time developing hands-on skills through workshop activities.

Years 2 – 4: Academic studies continue on a one day per week release to Pembrokeshire College, with the remainder of time being based at our terminal.  Throughout the programme, apprentices complete a range of industry-recognised vocational and academic qualifications whilst learning on-the-job alongside our highly skilled and dedicated team
