Dragon LNG has a new and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our maintenance team as an Integrated Services Coordinator. 
The Integrated Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the contract management of various site services.  The role holder will ensure the efficient execution of scaffolding, painting and insulation contracts, as well as facilities management, fleet management, and other site services. 

The role responsibilities will include: 

  • Supervision of scaffolding, painting and insulation contracts. 
  • Manage SPI resource levels in line with integrated plan requirements. 
  • Oversee facilities management of site services and buildings, ensuring operational efficiency. 
  • Management of fleet operations. 
  • Administer and monitor the site cleaning contract. 
  • Administer and monitor the site horticulture management contract. 
  • Drive efficiencies and improvements across all site service contracts 
  • Monitor contractor performance against norms and KPIs. 
  • Ensure all fabric maintenance preventive maintenance tasks are completed. 
  • Conduct periodic contract reviews, audits, and inspections. 
  • Track and manage costs associated with site services, ensuring budget adherence. 
  • Provide regular reports on contract performance, cost management, and operational efficiencies. 
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with contractors. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors. 
  • Work with Engineers supporting the annual fabric maintenance programme. 

The successful candidate will ideally have:  

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience in site services coordination, facilities management, or contract management within an industrial environment (oil and gas industry / COMAH site experience preferred). 
  • Experience of scaffolding, insulation, painting and maintenance contract management. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
