Dragon LNG has a Whistleblowing policy to allow anyone either working at Dragon LNG (employees/ directors/ contractors/ consultants/ agency staff) or suppliers, individuals or groups to highlight their concerns if they feel the Company, or anyone working within it, has not acted according to Dragon LNG’s Business Principles.
Genuine concerns about instances of malpractice; can be reported, in the first instance, to the Human Resources Manager through any of the following methods; a face to face meeting, by telephone using the main switchboard number +44(0)1646 691730, via email using speakup@dragonlng.com, or in writing, clearly marked Private and Confidential, and addressed to:

The email address speakup@dragonlng.com should not be used if the concern relates to the human resources department when the concern should be raised in writing or by phone with the General Manager.
If the complainant reasonably believes that appropriate action has not been taken, or the complaint relates to the general manager, they should report the matter to the Board of Directors of Dragon LNG. Correspondence should clearly marked Private and Confidential and addressed to The Board of Directors (at the above address)
There is no obligation for the person to disclose his/her identity when reporting a concern. However, withholding one’s identity may make it more difficult to investigate the concern and give feedback.
All concerns will be handled, promptly and confidentially. Anyone raising a concern can be assured that Dragon LNG will not tolerate harassment, victimisation or reprisal of any kind, but nor will it tolerate accusations thatare found to be malicious or false.
General complaints, which fall outside those areas covered by the Public Interest Disclosure Act can be reported to the relevant department or to the External Affairs Advisor.
