Whessoe
Oil & Gas Ltd
UK based Whessoe Oil & Gas is well known
for designing and building LNG storage facilities both on land
and at sea. Whessoe’s LNG experience spans over 45 years
starting with the original Canvey Island Terminal in the UK.
Whessoe are currently the Joint Venture EPC
Contractor on the Dragon LNG Importation Terminal and Regasification
Plant. In addition to Dragon, Whessoe have ongoing EPC contracts
for: Adriatic LNG, Italy; Ratnagiri LNG, India; and feed contracts
for planned projects in Europe and USA.
Whessoe’s experience list includes
over 100 storage terminal projects including over 30 marine terminals
and over 30 refrigerated hydrocarbon storage terminals.

Volker
Stevin Construction Europe bv
Volker Stevin Construction Europe is the
subsidiary of VolkerWessels and is responsible for the Dragon
LNG project works.
The VolkerWessels Group is officially
registered in the Netherlands under the name Royal VolkerWessels
Stevin and is one of the largest construction companies based
in the Netherlands and operates internationally. VolkerWessels
brings major construction experience in the fabrication, installation
and construction of marine, jetty, mechanical, pipeline and civil
facilities. The Group has experience in the mechanical construction
for refineries, compressor stations, water/utility plants, utility
systems, tunnels, pipelines, together with extensive civil works
for marine, drilling, piling foundations, transportation and building
contracts.

M.W.
Kellogg Ltd
M.W. Kellogg Ltd are supporting the Whessoe/Volker
Stevin joint venture on the basis of a sub-contract, with the
provision of some key staff to the project. Kellogg led the development
of the basic design, and now has overall responsibility for design
development.
Stone & Webster believes that the
Sponsors and the EPC Contractors each have the capabilities, resources
and experience to successfully fulfil their respective roles and
deliver the initial sections of the Project to budget and schedule.
