Dragon LNG and the local community
• Dragon LNG is committed to being
a productive and proactive member of its community and to bringing
economic benefits to Milford Haven and Pembrokeshire and its communities
for decades to come.
  
•Dragon LNG recommissioned the rail
link to the site. To date the equivalent of over 4,000 lorry
movements have been reduced through the link.
• Dragon LNG recognises the need
for well trained employees and is committed to a programme of
development projects which will translate into jobs and economic
revenue for the community.
• The number of people working on
site during the construction phase is expected to peak at 400-500.
•Once operational, it is expected
that Dragon LNG is likely to employ 35 people.
•Dragon LNG continues its local
recruitment programme for the operations team during 2007.
